Can a successful brand be developed from an existing website?  Absolutely!

When Brown & Meyers contacted GCMD about a post card mailer, a new brandBrown Meyers Post Card identity was developed based on the current website.  To explain further, Brown & Meyers is a well-established e-transcription business headquartered in Portland, ME providing outstanding audio-to-type, cloud-based transcription services primarily to the medical and legal fields as well as local municipalities.

In keeping with President Kate Meyer’s vision to expand digital document services to include the entire life-cycle of vital information,  the Records Management buffet of services was developed to assist businesses in storing vital records while better utilizing expensive office space to generate income.  The new Records Management service offers off-site storage with on-site access to files thorough scan-on-demand or cloud-based file management.

Since Records Management is offered under the Brown & Meyers name, new collateralBrown Meyers Collateral and marketing pieces needed to be created to explain these new services.  The collateral needed to be  distinct enough to differentiate its services from e-transcription and to operate as an add-on service or independently of current service offerings and had to integrate with existing marketing pieces to create visual continuity across all marketing channels.  GCM&D suggested keying the Records Management collateral with the company website using the distinctive green bar at the top, series of color bars at the bottom and the same fonts throughout.  Eye-catching graphics and carefully crafted text were used to develop and convey the message to recipients.  The newly designed collateral and marketing pieces are used by sales staff when making sales calls or in direct mail pieces to reach current and prospective clients.

By continuing the look of the website into sell sheets, mailers and advertising, potential and current clients will not experience a visual “disconnect” between printed and online marketing.  This consistent branding presents Brown & Meyers as an experienced, professional and cohesive company that delivers outstanding service.
